Unlimited Earning Potential, Just By Talking To People
Introduce commercial property owners to fully funded solar installations and earn major commissions. No experience needed. No upfront cost. No cap on your earnings.
How It Works
CurveBlock is expanding its renewable energy infrastructure across the United Kingdom, enabling commercial property owners to install fully funded solar systems under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Community members earn commission by introducing suitable properties.
Introduce a Commercial Property Owner
Identify properties with large roof space: warehouses, industrial units, sports facilities, hotels, care homes, schools, golf courses, and commercial buildings.
Gather the Key Information
Collect the asset address, decision maker contact, building ownership confirmation, annual electricity statement, and half-hourly consumption data.
CurveBlock Designs, Funds and Installs
CurveBlock and its venture partners assess the site, design the system, fund the installation, and manage the entire process including insurance and maintenance. Typical installation takes 6 to 12 weeks.
Commercial Operation Date. You Get Paid
Once the system reaches its commercial operation date and goes live, your commission is paid. That is it. A win for you, a win for CurveBlock, a win for the business, and a win for the building owner.
A Win, Win, Win, Win
- You: earn unlimited commission for a simple introduction
- CurveBlock: deploys renewable energy infrastructure
- The Business: saves on energy costs from day one with zero capital outlay
- The Building Owner: increases the value of their asset
Commission Formula
£30 x Installed kW x Self-Consumption %
Example: 500 kW Commercial Solar System
- 50% self-consumption: £7,500
- 75% self-consumption: £11,250
- 90% self-consumption: £13,500
- 100% self-consumption: £15,000
Typical real-world commission ranges between £10,500 and £13,500 per successful introduction. Larger systems generate higher commissions.
What You Need To Gather
As a registered commission salesperson, your role is to gather the following information from the property owner. Once we have everything, we handle the system design and PPA offer.
Asset Location Address
The full address of the commercial property where the solar installation would take place.
Decision Maker Contact
The name and contact details of the person with authority to sign the Power Purchase Agreement on behalf of the business.
Building Ownership Confirmation
If the company does not own the building, we need written confirmation from the asset owner permitting the installation. This is to their advantage as it increases the value of the property.
Annual Electricity Statement
The most recent annual electricity statement for the property, showing total consumption and costs over the past 12 months.
Half-Hourly Consumption Data
The half-hourly electricity consumption statements. These can usually be obtained from the energy supplier and are essential for accurate system design.
Then We Take Over
Once you have gathered this information, CurveBlock handles everything from system design through to PPA offer, installation, and ongoing operation.
Your Earnings Potential
1 introduction per year: £10,000 to £15,000
3 introductions per year: £30,000 to £45,000
5 introductions per year: £50,000 to £75,000
No cap on earnings. CurveBlock and its partners manage the funding, installation, and operation. You simply introduce opportunities.

Savings for the Property Owner
Typical 500 kW system generating 425,000 kWh in Year 1 at 85% self-consumption
Conservative (3.5% Grid Inflation)
- Year 1: £13,800
- Year 5: £16,900
- Year 10: £21,250
- Year 15: £26,250
- Year 20: £31,950
- Year 25: £38,350
Total 25 Year Savings: ~£625,000
Historical (7% Grid Inflation)
- Year 1: £13,800
- Year 5: £20,900
- Year 10: £32,750
- Year 15: £50,250
- Year 20: £75,950
- Year 25: £113,850
Total 25 Year Savings: ~£1,750,000
After year 25 of the PPA, the system is gifted and transferred to the property owner for free.
Environmental Impact
For a typical 500 kW system generating 425,000 kWh in Year 1:
- Year 1 Carbon Offset: Around 75,000 kg CO2e avoided. Equivalent to the annual electricity emissions of roughly 155 UK households or the CO2 absorbed by around 3,425 trees.
- 25 Year Carbon Offset: Around 1,795,000 kg CO2e avoided. Equivalent to roughly 3,750 households' annual emissions or around 81,500 tree years of absorption.
Recyclable bifacial panels boost yield by up to 25% from reflections, allowing north, east, south and west installation. MCS-compliant with 0.4 to 0.5% annual degradation.
The Shared Economy in Action
This initiative aligns with CurveBlock's mission to deploy real-world infrastructure while allowing the community to directly participate in value creation. CurveBlock is building renewable energy infrastructure as part of its broader Shared Economy ecosystem, where the deployment of assets creates income opportunities for everyone.
